The HEDLOC™ HealthChecks offer a low cost, high value option to review and assess your project and/or current IT implementation to ensure maximum usage of your IT investment, greater returns on investment, and also take advantage of industry best practices.

The “HEDLOC™ Project HealthCheck” provides an intensive project evaluation of your existing IT project. The project assessment is performed by experienced project management and quality assurance professionals in accordance with the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) and incorporates all phases of a project lifecycle. Data is collected via project team interviews, schedules and any other available project documentation and assessed in a scorecard process, allowing organisations to measure their performance accurately. A detailed report is provided at the conclusion of the project containing the actual results, but also highlighting strengths and weaknesses, and offering recommendations for improvement.
