Is there a fee to participate in the HEDLOC Partner Program?

Depending on your partner tier, there may be initial start-up fees. Each solution for resale may have additional requirements, such as a minimum achievement over a given period, or fees associated with that solution that must be met before it can be sold.

What are the terms and conditions of the HEDLOC Partner Program?

Terms and conditions are provided in the HEDLOC Partner Program Agreement. The HEDLOC Partner Program Agreement is provided after your application has been approved. Please note, the HEDLOC Partner Program may be subject to change at any time without notice.

Am I required to pass a certification test to enroll in the program?

Yes, you are required to show proficiency in the solutions by taking and passing a certification test prior to enrollment in the HEDLOC Partner Program. Partners must maintain the minimum number of certified staff required by the HEDLOC Partner Program at all times.

I don't want to handle client billing or support. Can I still join the HEDLOC Partner Program?

Under the HEDLOC Partner Program there are two options; to become either a HEDLOC Referral Partner or a HEDLOC Authorised Reseller. HEDLOC Authorised Resellers are required to manage billing plus first and second-level support with customers as well as other minimum requirements. Please refer to the HEDLOC Authorised Reseller information page for further clarification. If you do not wish to do so, you can consider referring clients to HEDLOC with our HEDLOC Referral Program.

Do I get a free use of the solutions if I register for the Reseller Program?

Our partners do not receive free software, however, we do incent partners by providing a discount based on their partner tier and any resale volumes.

Is there a lead registration mechanism?

Yes – HEDLOC Referral Partners and Authorised Resellers can register leads in the HEDLOC Partner Portal, to protect the investment they have made with a customer. A lead, trial or live account can be provisioned only for a unique account. Accounts that have been registered by other partners cannot be created in your portal.

What training do you offer Partners?

Resellers will receive access to self-service training materials and collateral. HEDLOC also holds regular webinars and scheduled formal classroom training at the HEDLOC Innovation Centre based in Sydney.
