Eligibility Requirements

The prospective partner must complete an application to be evaluated under the HEDLOC Partner Program. In addition, the prospective partner must demonstrate the appropriate sales and technical skills compatible with developing the market.

The partner prospect must:

  • Demonstrate established business with strong financial health
  • Demonstrate appropriate consulting and implementation experience
  • Demonstrate the ability to establish and maintain a pipeline of customers and generate a steady flow of leads
  • Provide customer references
  • Agree to the HEDLOC Partner Program Agreement

The HEDLOC Authorised Reseller Partner Program is a framework that broadens the skill-set of the partner to encompass market leading solutions. The partner remains the trusted advisor to their customers, continuing to own the entire sales cycle and account management, including customer prospecting, on-boarding, billing and support, while also earning a margin on the sale once business has closed. HEDLOC Authorised Resellers may apply to resell other HEDLOC approved solutions listed in the HEDLOC Partner Program.

HEDLOC recognises that every partner has unique needs, providing a range of tools, resources and support to help drive partner business to meet and surpass sales goals. HEDLOC Authorised Resellers introduce HEDLOC approved solutions to businesses to further drive innovation in the enterprise.

Eligibility Requirements

Prospective partners must complete an application to be approved under the HEDLOC Partner Program. In addition, the partner prospect must display the appropriate sales and technical skills compatible with developing the market.

The partner prospect must:

  • Demonstrate established business with strong financial health
  • Demonstrate appropriate consulting and implementation experience
  • Demonstrate the ability to commit and deliver on a revenue target
  • Demonstrate availability of dedicated sales and marketing resources
  • Complete Sales Enablement training – minimum of one (1) person
  • Complete technical training – minimum of one (1) person
  • Demonstrate the ability to establish and maintain a pipeline of customers and generate a steady flow of leads
  • Supply customer references
  • Provide first and second tier customer technical support services
  • Provide a minimum of one sales and one technical representative
  • Demonstrate successful sale and implementation of three (3) client engagements
  • Agree to the HEDLOC Partner Program Agreement
